Refund policy

At HyperObrit, all our products are custom-made and printed on demand specifically for you. Because of this unique process, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, we stand by our quality. If your item arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the product, and we will happily send a replacement or issue a full refund.
